Ritual Hot Yoga
Making it more than just a habit. Its now a ritual. Hot yoga infused with a less structured cookie-cutter template. A very hands on experience and a community that adores that they have created a space for them to make their own yoga ritual.
Chicago Primal Gym

Continue progressing moving from protegee, to swinger, to ninja, and finally master!

With two beautiful locations boar of trade and civic opera one is bound to find comfort here. Lauren Goggins founder started her yoga journey after a highschool sports injury and stuck with it ever since. Believing in that “the world would be a much friendlier place if everyone had access to mindfulness”. Instructors like Raj Nathan brings his own twist being a rapping yogi, lyrically soothing the soul with rhythm and beat.
Y7 Yoga
Yoga with some serious attitude. No shits or fucks are given, dirty mats build strong minds. This is somewhere where one comes to release all, letting practice speak louder than perfection. Sweat is what they call cash money here and everyone pays their dues.
Goat Climb
A workout is only as good as the recovery following. Allowing someone to bounce back quickly to hop right back one of best low-impact calorie burners out there the versa-climber. Continue that heat inside the sauna or coll it down with a dip in the chryo. These recovery options and many more for every member. If that isn’t enough check out vice president Pierre Thomas’s statement (Superbowl champion).
Yoga 2.0
How about a yoga studio with a rooftop deck for sunrise and sunset practices. Nothing boosts the spirit, immune system, and body than a mindful practice to the natural rise and fall of the planet. Change come from pushing yourself outside of the comfort zone and that is what is found here.
Energi
Workout in a fitness playground with everything need for a fun and energetic class. Specialty classes offer a hang from the ceiling in some aerial and primal movements (just the body and floor space) truly make it a jungle gym. Recover with some deep stretching, foam rolling, and compression therapy. Then all that is needed is to repeat 3-5 days a week.
