Creed Fitness

I’m a big advocate of training with the attention of longevity, which starts with a proper warm-up and an essential cool-down. That is what first caught my eye with creeds method of 5-7 minute dynamic warm-up, 20-30 minute functional strength, and 6-7 minute cool-down, wrapped up neatly in 45 minute total body blast. The owner Clint Watson (owner) is dedicated to putting the community first “a three stranded cord is not easily broken”, starting a journey to see people over profits from the industry he was seeing.

Fuel Hot Yoga

Nothing warms the soul more than sharing in some hot sweaty yoga. This studio offers a variety of class ranging in level, mixed with breath work, and even called rocket yoga! The story here is one of true resilience and strength. One of the instructors Dustin found himself understanding the true magnitude of the practice both physical and from within after enduring a bike accident; that broke 23 ribs, along with both side of the pelvis, both collarbones, left hip, left shoulder, fractured vertebra, punctured lung, and skull fracture.

5 Points Yoga

“ I want our studio to be a space where people have the opportunity to be the best possible versions of themselves and leave feeling better than when they arrived. It’s about creating a community where everyone feels welcome and translating that acceptance and positivity into the community around us.”

-Shannon, Owner

Tilt Cycling

Being stationary is boring and stale, which you will not find here at tilt cycling. I high usage of non-traditional equipment such as the RealRyder a bike that leans side to side (probably where it gets the name). Paired up with an energetic atmosphere of lightshows, bass-booming audio, and visual displays. Sounds like the workout version of Coachella.

Strength and Strike Fitness

Everything you would ever need under one roof with a wide range of equipment to use. Classes are broken down to the strike (boxing), strength, flexibility, and/or a combination of each. Strike and stretch is a 90 minute high intensity kickboxing class followed with a guided yoga to relieve tension. Talk about some yin and yang!

M3 Yoga

Mind, matter, movement is the slogan here. Creating an environment that brings the fun into yoga. Founder Nick Combs used years of nursing and dealing with challenges of seeing scoliosis, Parkinson’s, and Multiple Sclerosis to seek a future that involved a full rounded approach. Starting with a space for the six individuals he was guiding to now opening a second much larger location making room for many more souls.

Onward

“Always onward”. Boxing is always a great efficient way to have fun and get a massive burn in. This studio not only has its own professional lace up fight glove, but is always looking onward to create a sustainable future. Being ethically and morally aware of their own impacts on the side of their material products and .looking to reduce their carbon footprint.
